Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours before your session and you won’t be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 75% of the session rate. If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to give you a great session in the time we have, but I’m unable to run over into the next client’s time. The full session rate applies regardless.

Health & Hygiene

Please arrive clean and free of heavy fragrances, perfumes, cigarette smoke, or cannabis. I ask that all clients be sober for their session. If you’re feeling sick or have an active infection of any kind, please reschedule — I appreciate you looking out for both of us.

Privacy & Draping

You’ll always have the room to yourself while dressing and undressing. During your session you’ll remain draped at all times, with only the area being worked on briefly uncovered. Clothing under the drape is completely your choice — we’ll talk through your preferences at your first visit.

Professional Boundaries

I provide professional therapeutic massage exclusively. Any inappropriate behavior or conversation will result in the immediate end of your session, full payment due, and no future services.

Your Health Information

All personal and health information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA standards. Any guidance I offer during our session is educational only and is not a medical diagnosis. If something comes up that I feel needs medical attention, I’ll refer you to a physician.

What should I expect at my first session?

We’ll start by getting to know each other, talking through your goals, and filling out a short intake form. From there, the session is all yours.

Can I customize my session?

Absolutely. Please tell me anything that would make your experience better — room temperature, music, pressure, pace, or whether you’d rather talk or enjoy some quiet. I want you to feel completely comfortable.

What if I experience emotions on the table?

There are many things that can arise out of receiving deeper bodywork. You may even experience tears and a release of emotion, Please know, that when you are working with me, I will maintain a safe space for you to process whatever may come up.

Do you wear a mask?

I wear a mask during all sessions. Masks are optional for clients.
